Perhaps grocery shopping is overwhelming for you when it comes to choosing the right foods. While I can’t go along with you shopping, I can help by creating a Meal Planning Guide for you. This is a two-week meal planning guide including recipes designed just for YOU and YOUR specific nutrition needs. This will be based on your Client Health Assessment that you will complete before I create your guide.
Your guide will be designed and e-mailed directly to you so you can download and print the guide (should you wish to).
Your guide will include a handy shopping list so you know exactly what foods you will need to prepare your meals and so you can feel confident with the food choices you are making while shopping.
